We typically respond within one business day, and almost always within four business hours during the work week (US Pacific time).
What to include
When you write to us about a problem, the following details help us get you a useful answer on the first reply:
- A short description of what you were trying to do
- What happened instead, and any error message you saw
- The device you’re on (e.g. “iPhone 15 Pro, iOS 17.4”)
- The app version (Profile → tap the version number at the bottom)
- A screenshot, if relevant
- Your account email so we can look up your data if needed
If you’re reporting a bad AI Coach response, the in-app long-press → Report flow on any assistant message pre-fills all of the above for you.
Common requests
I forgot my password
Use the Forgot password? link on the login screen. We’ll email you a reset link.
I want to delete my account
Open the app → Profile → Delete Account. The two-step confirmation deletes your account and all associated data within 30 days, in line with our Privacy Policy.
I want to opt out of SMS notifications
Reply STOP to any SMS notification we send you. You’ll be opted out immediately and we’ll stop sending texts to your number. To opt back in later, reply START.
I want to delete a single jump but keep my account
In the app: Jumps tab → tap the jump → Edit → Archive Jump at the bottom. Archived jumps are hidden from the dashboard but their history is preserved.
